Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance and improvement initiatives for the final assembly line in the CC ESP product area
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles (BPS) across the value stream, focusing on equipment design, selection, layouts, and material flow
  • Coordinate engineering changes and new product releases (PPAP)
  • Identify and spearhead projects aimed at enhancing safety, cost efficiency, quality, delivery, and manufacturing process utilization to meet strategic objectives
  • Plan and oversee capital equipment acquisition and installation, including pre-acceptance and final acceptance processes
  • Manage daily operations using MES and other analytical tools to achieve targets and continuously improve performance
  • Assist in business planning and manage the implementation of expense budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve local objectives and benchmark continuous improvement
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary
