We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Federal Work Study Assistant in the Adult & Transfer Center at Northern Kentucky University.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with daily operations, including tracking student progress, logging communication, and collaborating with faculty and staff.
- Support the planning and execution of ATC events, including resource and recruitment fairs.
- Utilize MS Office, SAP, Navigate, Slate, and Perceptive Content to perform various tasks and duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to take directions and prioritize tasks accordingly.
This is a part-time Federal Work Study position, with up to 25 hours per week available during the Fall and Spring semesters, and up to 35 hours per week during the Summer semester. Flexible schedule, with some evening and weekend commitments possible.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
