Job Summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team at our Shippensburg, PA location. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and ensuring the efficient movement of products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure the integrity of our inventory system
  • Perform inventory adjustments and ensure damaged products are identified and removed
  • Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to scan products, identify, move, and verify inventory
  • Report quality errors to supervisors and maintain damage records
  • Use computer systems to enter records and set item attributes
  • Complete daily audit logs for inbound and outbound shipments
Requirements:
  • 2 years of general office experience and 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and AS400 experience
  • Regular, predictable attendance and willingness to travel as necessary
