Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to operate a sit-down clamp Toyota forklift for picking products in inventory for shipment. The ideal candidate will use a pick sheet to pull orders, move full pallets to the shipping area, and wrap skids for shipping.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a sit-down clamp Toyota forklift.
  • Use a pick sheet to pull and pick orders.
  • Move full pallets of products to the shipping area.
  • Wrap skids for shipping.
Essential Skills
  • 1+ year of prior forklift experience.
  • At least 6 months of prior warehouse/manufacturing experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a Material Handler, Order Picker, or Order Selector.
  • Familiarity with inventory management.

Work Environment

You will be working in a brand new and clean facility with roughly 60 employees. The environment is fast-paced with running machines for paper products. It is not climate controlled and can get warm during the summer, but big ceiling fans are being installed. The shift is Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM with an unpaid 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Overtime is available on Fridays and sometimes on Saturdays if necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50
