As a Clinical Support Manager at Allina Health, you will play a key role in maintaining systems essential to daily operations supporting patient care. You will schedule and coordinate appointments, procedures, and tests, communicate department and provider schedules, and provide excellent department support to promote efficient, effective clinical operations and provide exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Schedules and/or reschedules patient appointments, procedures, diagnostic tests, surgeries, hospital admissions, and other related appointments between multiple providers.
- Administrative Department Support: Provides reception, patient check-in, telephone coverage, and routes messages accordingly.
- Chart Preparation: Analyzes patient records to determine if outside documents are needed and reviews patient consent forms.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year based on location and experience.
