Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support through management of clerical duties, scheduling, calendar management, and other department tasks.
  • Maintaining data bases and generate reports, may perform client scheduling and receptionist duties.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support or secretarial roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions and computer technology.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
