Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our UX and agile product teams, you'll design intuitive workflows and experiences for our web applications, including financial planning tools, dashboards, and customer portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product and project teams to lead the design process across various media and platforms
  • Develop high-fidelity UI/UX solutions from concept to execution
  • Work with clients and management to ensure client satisfaction through high-quality design work
  • Identify opportunities to improve end products and vocalize them
  • Produce UI components, icons, graphics, and marketing materials quickly and as requested
  • Collaborate with the design team and provide/receive feedback on a regular basis
  • Participate in brainstorming and idea-generating team sessions
  • Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, providing self-management and prioritization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design or related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience working within the field
  • Passion for problem-solving, design, and UI/UX
  • Excellent skills in Sketch and Adobe Suite
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Exceptional design portfolio (mandatory)
  • An eye for design and a passion for the creative process
  • Self-starter with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work across international time-zones
