**Job Summary**

The Accounting Manager, Corporate Reporting will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for complex transactions and subsidiary companies. This includes preparing audited GAAP and regulatory reporting, as well as assisting with monthly/quarterly financial statement close activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare external reporting for certain legal entities and the company's bank subsidiaries.
  • Develop and maintain reporting packages for senior management.
  • Leverage technology to enhance governance frameworks and recommend process and control improvements.
  • Partner with various areas to implement process improvements related to external reporting.
  • Manage regulatory reporting examinations, internal and external audits.
  • Monitor new pronouncements impacting the organization.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects, and other duties related to financial reporting and analysis.
  • **Requirements**
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
    • 8+ years of experience in bank financial reporting, accounting, or auditing.
    • Bank, financial services reporting experience is required.
    • Public accounting experience preferred, but not required.
    • CPA license preferred but not required.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
    • Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
    • Experience analyzing and understanding key data and technical accounting.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks/projects to meet critical deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
