The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the Property Manager to ensure seamless property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Manage collections from current and former residents
  • Perform all leasing agent responsibilities
  • Oversee the renewal process for existing tenants
  • Develop and implement innovative resident retention strategies
  • Engage in marketing efforts targeting both current and prospective residents
  • Manage social media accounts to enhance our online presence

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in conflict resolution
  • Prior experience in property management is preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or Yardi

Work Schedule:
Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week, plus Sundays.
