Key Responsibilities:- Weigh and blend silicone batches with precision and efficiency to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with technical and supervisory staff to address any safety, efficiency, or product quality concerns.
- Manage inventory levels and report any discrepancies to ensure seamless production operations.
- Remain adaptable in high-pressure situations, maintaining effective communication with plant and technical staff.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 6S standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in batch mixing.
- Ability to accurately assess chemical hazards and follow safety protocols when handling raw materials.
- Basic computer software skills.
