Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Harvest Hosts. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting corporate development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Conduct variance analysis to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for accurate financial projections.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting, as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP and budgeting systems; NetSuite environment is a plus.
- Experience in software, SaaS, and consumer subscription industry, preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture.
- Self-starter than can receive direction and run with projects.
