Chassis Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Manage long-term inventory storage within exterior storage buildings.
- Coordinate inventory transfer between long-term storage buildings and requesting departments.
- Conduct inventory cycle counting within and outside of department as assigned.
- Process paperwork and documentation on all incoming chassis.
- Maintain chassis spreadsheet to appropriate locations.
- Provide support for Sales-related questions.
- Create documents for each chassis.
- Place completion stickers for each chassis.
- Assist with yard work as needed.
- Support transportation of drivers.
- Maintain teamwork and collaboration with production and management personnel regarding production needs.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including effective listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and ERP systems such as Epicor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance in accordance with company attendance policies.
- Valid driver's license.
