Associate Director, Neuroscience Digital Health

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Associate Director, Neuroscience Digital Health – Neurodegeneration to be located at one of our sites in Cambridge, MA, Titusville, NJ, or La Jolla, CA.

About the Role

This outstanding leader and data scientist will be a member of Neuroscience Data Science and Digital Health's Digital and AI measures team, working to optimize the precision measurement strategy for our drug development pipelines in Neurodegeneration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join the Digital and AI Measures team to establish the Digital Health strategy for clinical phase programs.
  • Define and communicate processes for evaluating and quantifying the impact of opportunities.
  • Ensure implementation and execution within clinical trials remains on track with.
  • Lead internal and external talent to champion data-driven approaches to quantifying mechanism, defining patient screening and patient selection strategies, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Contribute to broader initiatives integrating multi-model data through AI/ML to impact target identification and precision medicine across a range of Neurodegenerative and Neuropsychiatric diseases.
Requirements
  • PhD with 6 years of progressive experience in a computational or physical science with prior applying data science to life sciences.
  • Extensive background working hands-on deriving insights from digital and/or neuroimaging data.
  • Deep understanding of modern AI methods.
  • Track record of scientific contributions in this field evidenced by publications in reputable journals.
  • Experience translating data into strategies and executable action plans.
  • Experience driving towards novel solutions to problems.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical work to a diverse audience.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
