Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating solar installation projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Conducting initial assessments, including site evaluations and feasibility studies.
- Developing detailed project plans using management software and collaborating with sales teams to meet client requirements.
- Coordinating with installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring adherence to electrical codes and energy regulations.
- Addressing and resolving project issues while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Facilitating customer education on solar system maintenance and performance.
