Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our workforce. The successful candidate will be tasked with operating machinery such as skid steers, tractors, or mini excavators on a daily basis, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to accurately grade a house pad and maintain the grade within a tolerance of 1-2 inches across the entire area. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing driveways and final grading.
  • Perform shovel work around residential properties, driveways, and grade stakes as needed.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly greased and kept clean.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours consistently.
  • Effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended within the last five years).
  • Ability to pass a drug screening (medical marijuana cards are not accepted).
  • Provide references from previous employers, preferably managers or company owners.
  • Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
