About the Role

As a Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of heavy equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use on our construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy equipment, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy equipment, using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your expertise and judgment to make decisions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
  • Must have a strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics and be able to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
