About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Kelly. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients in the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and solutions to channel partners, customers, and company personnel on product-related inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns of a moderately complex level.
  • Document customer interactions and issues.
  • Assist in the promotion of our client's products/services/programs.
  • Negotiate with customers and dealers to provide proper policy execution and resolution.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of call center and customer service/support experience.
  • Efficient researching and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Willing to work occasional overtime and holidays.
  • Solid work history and proven dependability.
  • Reliable at-home internet and a distraction-free workplace.
