We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Residential Roofing Sales Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in selling residential roofing solutions to homeowners.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in roofing sales, preferably in residential, but commercial experience is also applicable. You should be comfortable with cold calling and generating your own leads through in-person interactions.

You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and margin expectations for your assigned territory, using your phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to customers. Building strong customer relationships is crucial, as well as observing and implementing sales skills of other successful sales representatives.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate solid business acumen and professionalism, making a positive impact on all prospects and customers. You will also need to drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in roofing sales, preferably in residential
  • Experience with residential roofing materials and techniques
  • Comfortable with cold calling and generating own leads
  • Positive attitude, analytical nature, self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
