Membership Coordinator

The Membership Coordinator is a part-time role responsible for operating the front desk and maintaining the Clubs membership records. This position requires a passion for working with youth and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Youth Development: Create a Club environment that supports and facilitates the achievement of the Youth Development Outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.
- Administration: Maintain the front entrance area of the Club, provide courteous and quality customer service, and assist members, volunteers, guests, and staff with signing-in, as needed.
- Education: High School degree or G.E.D. is required, and a college degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Work Experience: A minimum of one year's work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization, including the supervision of youth and the implementation of programs and activities.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal staff and external partners.
