- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment issues
- Implement new equipment learnings and advancements to subordinates and peers
- Develop and maintain procedures for preventative maintenance and calibration
- Team Leadership and Communication
- Lead multifunction teams to support production with equipment setups, commissioning, and repairs
- Communicate effectively with equipment users and other maintenance team members
- Process Improvement and Optimization
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to screen and optimize equipment
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase uptime and process reliability
- Vendor Management and Procurement
- Work with outside vendors for specialist advice and arrange for service support
- Manage and procure necessary parts and materials
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe and responsible manner
- Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Engineer or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read system schematics and technical documentation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Relevant technical experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance
