Job Summary

Search Masters, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and training employees on ISO 9001 and JEDEC 9C standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, 8-D's, and 5Y's to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement statistical analysis (SPC) and identify trends and potential defects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quality engineering experience in the space and defense industries.
  • Proven expertise in JEDEC 9C and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
