Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Education, HR, or related field preferred; or 4-7 years of HR and talent management experience, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams; experience supervising staff.
  • Analytical Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management.
  • Recruitment: Skilled in collaborating with management to address recruiting needs.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ethical, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, tailored to the audience.
  • Language: Capable of reading, writing, and proofreading documents.
  • Collaboration: Works well independently and in teams.
  • Project Management: Manages multiple tasks and meets deadlines.
  • Vision: Ability to read documents and view multiple screens.
