Responsibilities- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in healthcare and related fields.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (agency and/or corporate).
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or applied behavior analysis (ABA) preferred.
- Proficiency with multiple applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per annum based on location and experience.
