Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will analyze existing processes, develop solutions, and implement new processes to improve efficiencies and labor savings. You will manage multiple projects of small to medium scope, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, perform, and conduct protocols for new materials and processes, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
  • Manage and enhance existing procedures, statistical analysis, inspections, and validation activities to drive process improvement.
  • Contribute to the organization's process improvement activities by participating in Kaizen and other lean events.
  • Analyze costs related to capital expenditures to determine breakeven points, payback, and associated hard and soft savings.
  • Develop and deploy labor standards for manufacturing-related areas, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Provide training and support on quality assurance and engineering concepts and tools, including inspection, measurement, and test methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Intermediate skill level in computer and systems use (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
