Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of production operators to achieve high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing, with a focus on operations and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, processes, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
