Job Opportunity

Kendall Dealership Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to support our team in Marysville, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate employee complaints and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including onboarding and training programs.
  • Manage HRIS data entry and reporting functions.
  • Develop and implement training plans to educate supervisors on best practices for interviewing, coaching, and terminating employees.
  • Manage unemployment claims and provide HR guidance to employees and supervisors.
  • Perform various additional HR tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Generalist HR experience in a large company.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Social Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong grammar, data entry, organization, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to process high volumes of detailed information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidential information.
