Wound Care Supervisor RN

Providence is seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Supervisor RN to oversee the wound care team and provide exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Senior Director to ensure evidence-based skin practices for all patients and coordinate the general operation of the wound care program.
Responsibilities- Oversee the wound care team and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to develop and implement evidence-based skin practices for all patients.
- Coordinate the general operation of the wound care program, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 4 years of experience as a Wound Care RN.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- 2 years of experience in leadership or management.
