- Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting teamwork and communication with peers and supervisors.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to emergency procedures and protocols.
- Provide assistance and supervision in-house and in the community, enabling individuals to participate fully.
- Must be over 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass the TABE test with flying colors.
- Be prepared to respond to crises, both behavioral and health-related.
- Hold a current CNA certificate and completed Direct Support Professional training.
- Prior experience as a nurse's aide or in personal care is a plus.
