Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Interior Architect or Designer with a strong background in both residential and commercial design. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present captivating design concepts and layouts for diverse projects.
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and manage the workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Exceptional creative and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution.

Desired Skills

  • Ability to create concept boards and CAD floor plans with ease.
  • Strong project management skills, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of design processes, materials, and products.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Sketchup; familiarity with Asana and Designfiles is a plus.
