With over 200 beds, we have set a benchmark for excellence in treating children across various specialties, including pediatric cardiac surgery, pulmonology, and critical care.
Our state-of-the-art facility features a significant expansion, adding 445,000 square feet to our campus, which includes advanced imaging technology and a Level IV NICU, the largest in the region, staffed by board-certified neonatologists available around the clock.

Role Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Pediatric CVICU, you will:
- Oversee patient admissions and discharges to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Engage in continuous assessment of care quality in collaboration with the management team.
- Foster a collaborative environment that enhances patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Champion a patient-centered approach and address service recovery as needed.
- Implement nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure compliance with productivity standards.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee the management of medical supplies.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Neonate Resuscitation certification within 90 days of employment.
- PALS certification within 90 days of employment.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Texas or a Compact State.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric Cardiac ICU or Critical Care nursing.
