Key Responsibilities:- Welcome new clients and provide tours of the space.
- Manage the front desk during business hours, handle phone calls, and answer emails.
- Assist with client move-ins and move-outs, prepare and distribute member welcome packets.
- Ensure the workspace is clean and organized, and take responsibility for the presentation and appearance of our reception area.
- Run small charges through our billing system and manage vendor websites.
- Display a friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Be available weekends and have prior experience in a hospitality business.
- Hold a strong presence and proven experience in customer service.
- Be comfortable with sales and upselling environments.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills and impeccable phone etiquette.
We are a boutique shared office space with a dynamic community, located in the heart of Chicago. We offer a fun, productive, and collaborative environment with free coffee and snacks every day.
Full-Time Employment, and Growth Opportunities are available, with year after year increases in pay that coincide with the growth and profitability of the company.
Salary: $15/h - 17$/h.
