Compensation: The anticipated total annual earnings range from $105,000 to $124,100, encompassing all forms of compensation, including base pay, commissions, overtime, and benefits. This role primarily relies on performance-based commissions, with additional minimum wage compensation for non-sales tasks and breaks. Commission earnings can vary from $88,500 to $106,000 annually based on individual performance.
