We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher to join our team at Soliant. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience working with deaf and hard of hearing students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide instruction and support to students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and small group settings
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and needs
- Active Idaho DHH License
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with deaf and hard of hearing students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive hourly rates
