Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Parallel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound delivery trucks and ensure accurate receiving, tracking, and documentation of all shipment arrivals.
  • Tag, label, package, and wrap merchandise in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
  • Operate merchandise management tools, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and pump jacks.
  • Perform data entry using inventory and logistics software programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to track exact shipment arrival and departure times.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of our Delivery Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift Operation Certification
  • Experience working in a Warehouse environment or related experience
  • Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software and internet navigation
Physical Requirements
  • The ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position
  • Occasionally positions self to retrieve product or materials in the warehouse.
