- Process cash advances, travelers' checks, and wire transfers

- Balance daily transactions and investigate out-of-balance conditions
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve member inquiries
- Act as a liaison between members and various organizations and departments
- High school degree or equivalent
- Under one year of similar or preparatory experience
- Excellent knowledge of P1FCU products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a part-time position that requires occasional extended hours and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to perform job functions independently and with limited supervision, while maintaining a high level of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public.
