Position Overview

The role of the Supplier Relations Support Specialist involves assisting suppliers in adapting to a new ERP system. This includes addressing inquiries, facilitating the transition to a new portal, and managing invoice submissions to updated locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Support: Provide guidance to suppliers during the ERP transition, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources.
  • Customer Service: Engage with suppliers through various communication channels, primarily email, with occasional follow-up calls.
  • Technical Tasks: Participate in the setup of job codes within the new ERP system and perform basic system administration duties.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain detailed notes and documentation, understanding supplier needs, and identifying the appropriate contacts for escalations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounts Payable leader to streamline processes and enhance supplier interactions.
Work Environment

This position is expected to be primarily remote, with a hybrid model during the initial onboarding phase.

Qualifications
  • Strong written communication skills, with some experience in phone interactions.
  • A background in technical support or system administration is advantageous.
