Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at JBS USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including monitoring workflow and checking that our service levels are being met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all outgoing shipments of products meet company standards
  • Meet department's daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Tracks KPIs and holds team accountable to key results
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new hires
  • Coach and support new and existing associates
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews
  • Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures
  • Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
  • Pick and pack products to fulfill orders
  • Perform daily cycle counts for high ticket items
  • Operate an electric pallet jack to transport product
  • Ensure orders are completed, loaded, and shipped that same day
  • Ensure all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines
  • Act as our brand ambassador and set an example for our employees

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from -0 degrees Fahrenheit and below
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
  • Regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head
  • Have the personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day throughout the facility

Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED required
  • 5+ years of Warehouse or Fulfillment experience, with at least three years in a management capacity
  • Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Proven success in coaching and training employees
  • Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service
  • Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision
  • Acts with respect and values other opinions
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing and logistic
  • Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines
  • The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings and, weekends/holidays.
