Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an On-Site Team Supervisor to oversee operations at a key client location. The On-Site Team Supervisor will manage a group of Loan Specialists and Loan Processing Assistants, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and follow up on discrepancies in team members' time sheets.
- Serve as a liaison for addressing presence, participation, and performance concerns with management.
- Organize and coordinate weekly team meetings.
- Assist in resolving team-related issues and maintain an agenda for tracking progress.
- Contribute to the Bi-Weekly Status Report by gathering input from team members.
- Implement and monitor metrics and performance indicators.
- Address access issues proactively.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize discretion to enhance the management of internal and external workloads through effective task monitoring.
- Host and participate in meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are informed of the latest policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching on problem-solving techniques and assist team members in identifying solutions for optimal productivity and excellence.
- Lead or participate in projects that align with organizational goals and operational objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders to ensure the success of programs and projects.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and report management.
- Previous management experience.
- Eligibility to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.

Preferred:
- Strong communication skills, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to effectively communicate via remote technology in both written and verbal formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven decision-making, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.
- Ability to comprehend and respond to written correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and train on government agency products.
