Job Description

This role involves managing customer orders from receipt to shipment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating daily with customers via phone and email
  • Entering customer orders into our order entry system promptly
  • Promoting sales promotions and collaborating with regional sales teams
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complaints efficiently
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent combined education and experience
  • Experience in customer service and handling high-volume calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating environment
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
