About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in Houston. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates while maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the front desk, including greeting clients and candidates, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including timecards, inventory levels, and supply orders.
  • Ensure the reception area and breakroom are clean and well-maintained.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain confidentiality of client and candidate information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
