Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our guests at Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, in compliance with company standards.
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is fully equipped and well-stocked, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests, take beverage orders, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare and submit inventory requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
  • Food Service: Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar, as appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of prior bartending experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication skills, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
