We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving a wide range of drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests, following standard recipes and company policies.
• Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, making them feel at ease and valued.
• Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Food and Beverage Coordination: Coordinate food orders from guests seated in the bar area with the kitchen staff.
• Upselling and Recommendations: Upsell guests on food or drink items where appropriate, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Point of Sale Operations: Accurately ring up all orders in the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

• Appearance and Grooming: Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to company-approved uniform standards.
• Technical Skills: Operate the POS system, make change correctly, and process credit card transactions.
• Communication and Conflict Resolution: Respond calmly and professionally to angry guests, and notify a manager as needed.
• Bar Validation: Pass bar validation requirements.
• Physical Demands: Frequently lift 30 lb. cases and carry short distances, up or down stairs.
