Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to provide exceptional beverage experiences for our guests at Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, serving a wide range of beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, in compliance with company standards.
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is fully equipped and well-stocked, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests, take beverage orders, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of beverage products, menus, and promotions, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of prior bartending experience required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work various shifts.
