Customer Support Associate for Outbound Department

We're seeking a Customer Support Associate for our Outbound Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues related to our services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
