Position Title: Stocklister

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the inventory and stock lists within the Fabrication Shop. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering and Operations.

This role requires proficiency in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with a strong emphasis on administration, organization, reporting, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer stock lists and process all orders related to the fabrication shop.
  • Examine stock lists for discrepancies and rectify any identified issues.
  • Maintain an accurate database of fabrication shop components with all relevant details.
  • Update the Fabrication Management System (FMS) with job-specific information.
  • Transform stock lists into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) orders for processing.
  • Convert stock list design files into fabrication files.
  • Engage regularly with suppliers, shipping partners, and vendors.
  • Generate reports detailing changes in production or inventory levels.
  • Actively participate in inventory management processes as per company protocols.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in stock management or a related field is essential.
  • Experience within the construction sector is advantageous.
