Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Join our team at Masonic Village at Burlington as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Cedar Commons department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical tasks. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, such as collecting data, documenting patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Current LPN licensure by the NJ State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
