We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, VT. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring high standards of care.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
