Marquee Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at our Lenox Village location. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering top-notch services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory setup, and cleanup.
- Manage patient flow to ensure efficient appointments and minimize wait times.
- Welcome patients and deliver positive patient experiences through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capture and process X-rays, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Enter patient treatment plans and maintain accurate files at the direction of the dentist.
- Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor laboratory cases and ensure they are ready for the next day's schedule, ensuring seamless workflow.
**Requirements**
- Dental Assisting Certification in the appropriate state from an accredited school.
- X-Ray certification, or the ability to acquire in a timely manner.
- Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications are preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to create a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members.
