Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to grow our customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to reach and maintain target portfolio sizes within specified timeframes
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of loan requests and other banking services
  • Monitor and analyze the assigned loan portfolio to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth
  • Provide training and guidance to junior relationship managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial lending or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics
  • Completion of 6+ hours of accounting coursework
