We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Solaris Healthcare Pensacola. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of care plans.
- Monitor and document resident nutrition and hydration status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
- Develop and implement liberalized diets, ensuring resident preferences and dietary needs are met.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of nutritional reviews conducted by Dietetic Technicians and Food Service Directors.
- Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensure by the state where applicable.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care, preferably.
